About Us
Services Offered
We offer full-service maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on all domestic and import vehicles. We do limited repairs on European vehicles.
AC repair, electrical diagnostics & repair, starting/charging system and batteries, brake service, clutch repair/replacement, cooling system, drivetrain/powertrain repair (do not rebuild, we can replace), fuel system, steering & suspension, tires, tune-ups, wheel alignments and more. We also offer State MVI's and service fleet vehicles.
NOTE: We do not do body work or insurance claims.
Car Seat Installation
Amy has been a child passenger safety technician (CPST) for over 15 years and a pediatric nurse for over 10 years. It is her passion and she loves helping keep kids safe in their seats. She also holds a special needs certification. Contact us for more information or to schedule an appointment.

FAQs
- Do you accept customer supplied parts? We do not, this is for our protection and yours, it also ensures you have a warranty on the repair.
- Do you offer financing? We have several financing options available from outside sources. Please speak to a member of our staff about the best options for your situation.
- Do you provide quotes over the phone? We do not, due to constantly changing parts availability and costs and the volume of calls we receive this is not feasible for our service advisors. We would be happy to schedule a diagnostic appointment and get you an accurate quote.
- Do you offer vehicle inspections? We offer pre-purchase inspections and state inspections. These are by appointment. This is to ensure that a technician is here and has a spot for you when you arrive. State inspections are regulated by MSHP and are $12. We do have credit card fees.
- What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash, all major credit cards and tap to pay with a 3.5% processing fee. We offer digital payment methods. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
- Do you offer a warranty? All services have a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first. Note: all warranty repairs must be completed at our shop.
- Do you work with insurance or warranty companies? We do not work with insurance claims. We do work with a select few warranty companies. This is due to the amount of time it takes to get a claim filed and approved. Please ask a service advisors for more information.
- **WE ARE THE ONLY SERVICE REPAIR SHOP FOR DRIVE NOW AUTO CREDIT/AVP SERVICE PLAN. ALL CLAIMS HAVE A $100 DEDUCTIBLE PER VISIT/EVENT. The deductible does not apply to warranty on services provided by our shop.
- Do you charge for diagnostics? We do charge for diagnostics. Our technicians are highly trained and skilled, they spend time diagnosing your vehicle and deserve to be compensated for their knowledge and tools required to diagnose and repair your vehicle. Quality comes with a price. Technicians are paid based on the repairs they make and they own their own tools and equipment.
- Can I speak to a technician? No, our technicians are working on vehicles and do not have time for phone consults. Technicians do not typically ineract with customers, our service advising team handle this. If we feel it is necessary for our service manager to speak with you we will be happy to arrange that.
